If you never have, you are in for a real fight. They are not as dumb and easy to catch as you think. It is more of a stalk, with a single chance to get your fly to the fish. One wrong move, & he’s gone. But, if you connect, the battle is on!  I use specialized rods & flies to go after these monsters, in rivers & reservoirs.
