Return Policy Warranty Returns Should your product(s) need to be returned for something that is covered under our comprehensive Feathercast Warranty, please review our policy and we will do everything in our power to ensure the items you purchased are replaced or repaired to your satisfaction. Please see our Feathercast Warranty Policy (above) for specific details. Buyer's Remorse Returns If for any other reason you choose to make a return, we accept product returns however, there will be a 20% restocking fee.
Returns for Shipping Errors Should you receive the wrong item(s) due to a shipping error on our behalf, we will gladly replace it and pay for the return shipping on the incorrect item(s).
UNDER NORMAL CIRCUMSTANCES, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON CUSTOM MADE RODS, however, please contact us and we will discuss your options. It is very important to us that you are completely satisfied with your Feathercast rod so we understand there may be exceptions and if we feel we can resell or modify the rod, we may accept a return. We will assess a restocking fee.
